数理统计方法与超导电性
MATHEMATICAL STATISTICS METHOD AND SUPERCONDU CTING CRITICAL TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 本文根据 B2化合物结构的正态分布性质,运用数理统计方法,导出 B2超导体的 Tc 表达式。根据该方法运用结果,本文认为,高 Tc 的上限是有界的,而且无稀土元素氧化物超导体(Bi Sr Ca Cu O 及 Tl Ba Ca Cu O)的发现是 La 系超导体 La Ba Cu O、超导体 YBaCuO 发现的继续,它们具有共同的超导机制。
【Abstract】 According to the properties of normal distribution of B2 compound structure,this paper have derived the Tc formulation of B2 compounds by use of mathematical statistics method.On the basis of the results of using this method we hold that owing to the restriction of parameter x high Tc is finite and the discoveries of oxide superconductors uncontaining rareearth elements(BiSrCaCuO and TlBaCaCuO) are continue of the discoveries of La-series superconductors LaBaCuO, superconductors YBaCuO, all these oxide superconductors possess common superconducting mechanism.
