【摘要】 本文叙述了 Bi—Sr—Ca—Ca—O 体系中85K 相的合成,稳定性和在样品中消除20K 相出现的方法。得到 P 点阵的85K 相,总结出 Tm 和点阵常数 C 的关系曲线,并对110K 相的合成做了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 The Preparation and stability of the 85K phase of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system and the method for eliminating the 20 K phase in the sample are described.Some crystals of 85k phase with plattice was obtained,, It seems that there is a linear relationship between Tm (the mid-point temperature of the R-T curve) and the lattice parameter c. synthesis of the 110k phase is preliminarily suggested.
