大量程高精度电容位移测量系统及其在低温测试中的应用

【摘要】 本文详细分析了一种与单片微机相结合的大量程高精度电容位移测量系统的原理,提出了一个“无差调节”闭环式测量电路和一个高分辨率、高精度的三积分模数转换电路,最后介绍了一种低温测试中活塞行程与气缸压力相结合的测量系统。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses a principle of capacity travel measuning system with large range and high accuracy which combine with micro-computer. It offers a close measuring circuit with no error adjust and offers a tri-integal A/D Convertor circuit with high reasolution and high accuracy. At last, it introduces a measuring system which combine piston travel with cylinder pressure in cryogenic measurment.
