正交和四方相YBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ结构中ESR信号不存在性

【Abstract】 No regular ESR signals was observed in YBa2Cu3O7-δ samples, in which oxygen content, crystal structure and superconducting properties varied systematically. Through analyses, it was found that the ESR signals were lacked in both the orthorhombic and tetragonal structures. Furthermore, the valence states of Cu in the system were discussed.更多还原
