BiSrCaCuO体系中的临界电流特性

【摘要】 我们在低磁场下测量了 BiSrCaCuO 样品的临界电流和磁化曲线,发现 BiSrCaCuO 多相样品的临界电流比 YBaCuO 小一至二个数量级.从磁化曲线估计的晶粒区域的临界电流为10~3A/cm~2(77K),说明 BiSrCaCuO 体系中钉扎力相当小,有些样品的磁化曲线接近理想的第二类超导体.

【Abstract】 The critical current and magnetization under low magnetic field have been measured in BiSrCaCuO system.It is found that the critical current density in BiSrCaCuO multiphase samples is one or two order of magnitude smaller than that in YBaCuO.The critical current density has also been evaluated from the magnetization vs.field curve and is found to be only 103A/cm2 (77 K),implying that the pinning force is very small in BiSrCaCuO system.The magnetization vs.field curves of some samples are near to that of the ideal type II superconductor.
