连续循环的~3He 致冷机
A CONTINUOUSLY WORKING 3He REFRIGERATOR
【摘要】 本文介绍了一台实验室自制的连续循环~3He 致冷机.最低温度0.32K.在0.5K 时的制冷功率约1mw.所用~3He 气体5升(NTP).~3He 系统由机械泵和增压泵循环.机械泵由2XZ-4型改装.使用一年多未发现明显漏气.1K 减压池采用可调流阻的连续流式1K 板.
【Abstract】 A circulating type 3He refrigerator is made in our laboratary.Its lowest temperature is 0.32 K.The cooling power is 1 mw at 0.5 K.5 litres 3He gas (NTP) is circulated by a rotary pump and a boost pump.The rotary pump is modified using 2XZ-4 mechanical pump.No leak is detected in one year’s run.Liquid 4He is admitted into 1 K pot through a suitable flow impedance,made of a thin tube into which a metal wire is inserted.
