高转差率电机驱动抽油机系统的耗能分析

【摘要】 本文通过在大庆采油九厂标准试验水井对高转差率电机驱动游梁抽油机(CYJ10—3—26B)所做的多项试验,对抽油机系统的耗能从理论上进行分析,并对高转差率电机在抽油机中的应用给予初步评价及给出使用条件。

【Abstract】 The paper presents a theoretical analysis for the energy consumptionof oil pump system driven by the motors of high rotational velocity dif-ference. The tests for walking beam oil pump system were made in the stan-dard water wells of the Ninth Oil Production Division of Daqing Oilfie-ld. And an evaluation for applying motors with high rotational velocityto the oil pump system is made, meanwhile the optimum working conditionsare given.
