【摘要】 本文报告经CT检查,手术和病理证实的颅内蛛网膜囊肿13例。表明:距脑室系统较近的囊肿以囊肿—脑室系统造瘘效果较好;伸向基底池的外侧裂部囊肿术后复发率较高,以囊壁部分切除,带蒂大网膜颅内移植为宜;对大脑突面囊肿,行局部硬脑膜骨瓣大部切除,外开放囊腔、颞肌贴敷可能有效。脑脊液切口漏是囊肿复发的早期征象也是术后死亡的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper included 13 cases of intracranial arachnoidal cyst which was diagnosed by CT scanning and proved by operation and pathological examination. It was suggested that the appropriate treatment for those cysts located nearby ventricular system was cyst-ventricular shunt, for those Sylvian fissure cysts extended to basal cisterns with high recurrence rate was partial resection of cyst wall and intracranial pedicled omental transplantation, and for those cysts over cerebral hemisphere was craniotomy with partial removal of overlaying dura matter and cyst wall. Incisional CSF leakage is the early sign of cyst recurrence and important cause of postoperative death.更多还原
