【摘要】 本文介绍了3例采用颅颌面联合切除成功的报告。术后恢复良好,无并发症,近期效果满意。并对其手术指征;先颅外后颅内手术入路;减少术中失血;防止感染等并发症以及眶颌缺损区复体修复进行了讨论,并提出了一些看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three successful cases of combined cranio-maxillo-facialresection to resect the tumor over maxillo-bacial regeon were reported.Postoperative recovery well with no complication.The recent therapeu-tic effects were satisfactory.Indications,oprative route,avoiding ofbleeding,prevention of in nifection and complication,and repairing ofthe orbito maxillary defect were discussed.更多还原
