【摘要】 本文通过经CT诊断的242例急性外伤性颅内血肿患者治疗的分析,表明CT能早期及时地发现原发、迟发或复发性颅内血肿,为重度脑外伤患者的手术与非手术治疗提供了有力的诊断和治疗依据。但因存在着阅片经验的差异及部分伪影,使得CT诊断并非100％准确。临床医师必须结合患者的症状体征全面分析以求准确的诊断和及时正确的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,through analysis of the treatment of 242cases of acute traumatic intracranial hematomas diagnosed by CT scan-ning,demonstrated that CT scanning can discover primary,delayed orrelapsed intracranial hematomas earlier and timely and can providestrong operative and nonoperative diagnostic or therapeutic basis for severe head injuries.However,because of the discrepancies of exper-iences in reading CT films and recognition of artefacts,it makes thediagnosis of CT scanning not 100% accurate.The clinician must corre-late the clinical features with CT scanning in order to get accuratediagnosis and timely correct treatment.更多还原
