【摘要】 本文应用二维超声心动图(2DE)测定38例先天性心脏病(CHD)病人和12例正常人的左室偏心指数(Eccentricity Index,EI)和室间隔曲率指数(Curvature Index,CI),研究这两项指标与心导管所测右室收缩压(RVSP)的关系。结果提示,测定收缩末期的EI和CI(EIs、CIs)可半定量估测RVSP,对无肺动脉口狭窄的病人,并可做为估测肺动脉收缩压(SPAP)的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The left ventricular eccentricity index(EI)and the inte-rventricular septal curvature index(CI)in 38 patients with congenitalheart disease(CHD)and 12 normal children were measured.The rela-tionship of EI and CI with the right ventricular systolic pressure(RVSP)measured at cardiac catheterization was analysed.The result indicatedthat EI and CI in end-systole(EIs and CIs)can be used to predictRVSP semiquantitatively.In patients without pulmonary stenosis,the two parameters can be used to predict the systolic pulmonary arterypressure too.更多还原
