【摘要】 本文报告了利用放射免疫分析(RIA)测定275例健康人生长激素(HGH)水平。根据不同年龄、性别和活动状态分为10组(见表1)。不同年龄和性别组的HGH水平无明显差异(P全部>0.05)。在不同年龄组(第10组对第9组)和不同性别组(第7组对第2组和第10组对第5组)中,18～45岁女性基础值增高,可能是雌激素的影响,但1～10岁女性空腹值组的增高,目前尚不能解释。全部空腹值均高于基础值(P分别为<0.01,<0.05,<0.01和<0.01),它表明HGH水平可因活动而增高。全部89例健康人的HGH基础值为0～5.35μg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human growth hormone (HGH) was determined by RIA in 275healthy subjects. They were divided into 10 groups accorbing to age, sex,and state of activity. Changes in value of HGH werc not statistically sig-nificant among different age groups and different sex(P>0.05). All the highervalue of HGH in female groups of 18--45 years compare with male groupsmight be caused by the influence of the female hormone, but the reason ofelevationof HGH in female group of 1--10 years age was not obvious. TheHGH of groups with activity were higher than groups in basal state, indicatingthe effect of reverse. The HGH values of 89 subjects under basal conditionwere 0--5. 35μg/L.更多还原
