断裂力学在转化管剩余寿命预测中的应用
Application of Fracture Mechanics to Prediction of Residual Life of Reformer Tube
【摘要】 在830~1000°C温度和3.3~7.8 MPam初始应力强度因子下研究了运 行81 000 h的HK 40转化管的蠕变裂纹扩展行为,由裂纹扩展速率与温度的Arrhenius 关系和裂纹扩展速率与断裂时间的反比关系导出Larson-Miller参数(P),从而建立 了初始应力强度因子(Krr)和 Larson-Miller参数关系外推寿命的方法.
【Abstract】 The creep crack growth behavior of HK40 reformer tube that has serviced for 81 000 hours has been studied in the temperature range of 830 to 1 000 C and in the initial stress intensity factor range of 3.3 to 7.8 MP.am1/2. According to the Arrhenius relation of crack growth rate with temperature and the inversely proportional relation of crack growth rate with rupture time, Larson-Miller parameter is derived. A method ext-roplating residual life by the relation of initial stress intensity factor with Larson-Miller parameter(P) is propose.
