丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中EA,MMA残留量的测定
DETERMINATION FOR RESIDUES OF EA AND MMA IN AQUEOUS EMULSION OF ACRYLATE COPOLYMER
【摘要】 对于含有表面活性剂的丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中丙烯酸乙酯(简称EA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(简称MMA(的残留量,本文采用吹脱毛细管色谱法加以定量测定。作者讨论了温度、氮气流量、盐、溶剂、水等吹脱条件对回收率的关系,从而得到了最为适宜的前处理条件。实样测定表明,EA,MMA的回收率分别达到98.65%和94.47%,变异系数为3.41%。
【Abstract】 The residues of ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate in the aqueous emulsion of acrylate copolymer containing surfactants are determined by a blowout-GC. The relations between the recovery yield and blowouting factors (such as temperature, solvents, water, flow rate of nitrogen, salts, and etc.), and the optimum operation factor are discuased. The results for the determination of samples show that the recovery yield of EA and MMA are 98.85% and 94.49%, and the variable coefficients are 3.60% and 3.67% respectively.
