等规聚丙烯单丝的多级拉伸及其力学性能的研究

【摘要】 本文通过不同的拉伸方法研究了等规聚丙烯单丝的拉伸性能。着重讨论了多级拉伸的特点,并和常规的一级或二级拉伸作了比较。试验发现,在相同的纺丝条件下,多级拉伸大大提高了 IPP 单丝的拉伸性能,拉伸倍数可达25倍。多级拉伸中,拉伸倍数的分配徊拉伸温度的选择是影响拉伸倍数的关键因素。拉伸倍数应逐渐降低,而拉伸温度则应逐级增高。多级拉伸所得 IPP 单丝的力学性能与常规拉伸纤维相比有明显的提高。采用普通单丝级切片即能得到强度为6.62 cN/dtex(7.5g/d)、模量大于100 cN/dtex 的高强度单丝。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the draw performanoe of IPP monofiluments is investigated by means of several different draw methods.Put stress on the multi-stage drawing and its characteristics in comparison with normal draw methods (the one-stage or two- stage drawing).It is found that the draw performance of IPP monofilaments is greatly promoted in the multi-stage drawing under the same spinning condition.The draw ratio approaches 25 x. In the multi-stage drawing.The distribution of draw ratio and the selection of draw temperature are key factors which have influence on maximum draw ratio. The draw ratio must gradually decrease,while the draw temperature must gradually increase. In comparison with the normally drawed fibers the mechanical propertios of the multi-stage drawed IPP monofilaments are obviously improved.The high tensile strength IPP monofilament (at 6.62 cN/dtex of tensile strangth with modulus greater than 100 cN/dtex) are obtained by using PP chips of a general monofilament grade.
