利用多层理论对光滑实心转子异步电机的三维电磁场研究和参数计算
3-Dimensional Electromagnetic Field Research and Calculation of Smooth Solid Rotor Induction Machines Using Multi-Layer Theory
【摘要】 本文在延拓法基础上对光滑实心转子异步电机电磁场进行了三维直角坐标系多层理论研究。建立了在考虑定、转子轴向有限长情况下的三维多层分析模型及分析理论,阐明了其有关迭代计算方法。作为实例,本文应用三维多层理论对一光滑实心转子异步电机转子体内电磁场分布进行了探讨。并就在是否考虑转子材料磁导率沿轴向变化两种情况下性能计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。
【Abstract】 The paper shows the research of the multi-layer theory of smooth solid rotor induction machines.The model of 3-Dmulti-layer analysis and its theory under the rectangular coordinate system are established.When using it,the condition that stator and rotor are of limited length in the axial direction may be considered. The method of its iteration calculation is expounded.As an example,the paper st- udies the electromagnetic field inside the rotor of a smooth solid rotor induction machine using the 3-Dmulti layer theory.The calculation results under the conditions whether the permeabilty variation of rotor core along the axial direction is consi- dered or not are compared and analysed.
