利用多层理论对光滑实心转子异步电机的分析研究
Analysis of Solid Unslotted Rotor Induction Machines Using Multi-layer Theory
【摘要】 多层理论是一种处理电磁场问题,特别是实心转子异步电机中场的问题的一种有效的方法。当利用它来分析实心转子异步电机时,其计算要比有限元法简单得多,且能考虑转子内部材料磁导率沿径向的变化。本文阐明了多层理论的基本原理,迭代计算方法,分层数、层厚与计算准确度的关系。把它应用于一试样机的分析时,其计算结果与实验结果相吻合。
【Abstract】 The multi-layer theory is a useful method fox dealing with the electricmagnetic field problems,especially with that in the solid rotor induction machines.When using it for analysis of solid rotor induction machines,the computation is much simpler then that of the finite element method and variations of permeability in the radial direction may be considered.The paper expounds the basic theory of multi-layer analysis,iterative computation method,relations among divided layer quantities, total layer thick and computation precise.Computed overall performance is in good agreement with test when appling it for analysis of a solid unslotted rotor induction machine.
