会宁地区阿拉善黄鼠染色体核型分析

【摘要】 阿拉善黄鼠染色体数目:黄鼠雄雌约为2n=36,占计数50个细胞的94%,亚二倍体小于36者占4%,超二倍体大于36者占2%,此结果2n=36符合染色体的众数。在进行染色体检查和非显带技术条件配对过程中,经分析与实验大白鼠、小白鼠均为端着丝粒不同,可分为A、B、C、D和XY 5组。A组6对,其中除第二对为中央着丝粒染色体外,其它均属亚着丝粒染色体;B组6对,均属亚中或近端着丝粒染色体;C组3对,均为大的端着丝粒染色体;D组2对,为小的中部着丝粒染色体;XY染色体是一较小的中部着丝粒染色体,雄性个体中没有其它与之相对的染色体,Y染色体为小的端着丝粒染色体,为最小者。

【Abstract】 The chromosome number of male and female C.alaschanicus is about 2n = 36 making up 94 % of the 50 cells counted. Hypodiploids less than 36 account for 4% and hyperdiploids more than 36 for 2%, she result 2n=36 conforming to the numerous chromosome. The chromosome differs from that of the laboratory animals white rat and mouse, both of which have only terminal centromere, and can be divided into 5 groups. A, B, C, D, and XY. Group A has G pairs of chromosome, all but the second pair which is metacentric chromocome are subme-tacentric chromosome. Group B also has 6 pairs,all are submetacentric or acrocen-tric chromosome. There are 3 pairs in Group C, all are big terminal centromere. Poth of the two pairs in Group D are small metacentric chromosome. The chromosome in XY Group is smaller metacentric one to which no other chromosome is relative in male individuals, and the Y chromosome is small terminal centromere, being the smallest of all the chromosomes.
