【摘要】 集材J-50拖拉机是当前我国林区集运作业的主要设备。J-50支重轮是负载和行驶的重要部件。二十多年来,J-50支重轮断裂失效严重,部分统计断裂失效率一年高达52.7％。本文在实地调查分析和在静、动应力测试的基础上,对其断裂失效原因作出分析,并依此指导研制出J-50X-1、J-50X-2-1、J-50X-2-2支重轮,林区试验证明J-50X-2支重轮可提高使用寿命3倍以上,结构合理,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 J-50 tractor is the main equipment of wood transportation in forest zone. J-50 track roller is a very important part of load bearing and running, in the past twenty years or more, J-50 track roller’s fracture was badly serious, the partial statistics shows that its fracturc reaches to a high degree of 52.7%. Through investigation and analysis on spot and static and dynamic stress tests, we analyses the reasons of the roller’s fracture and manufactured J-50X-1, J-50X-2-1 and J-50X-2-2 track rollers. The using life of J-50X-2 track roller can be increased by 3 times. Its structure is reasonable, and the economic and social benefit is obvious.更多还原
