Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti新型恒弹性合金的研制
A Newly--Developed Constant--Elastcity Fe--Ni--Cr--Ti Alloy
【摘要】 在 Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti 合金的基础上通过调整 Cr,Ti 含量,并添加 Mo,Cu 元素,炼制成新型恒弹性合金。该合金经 460—560℃,2h 回火后可以得到扭振频率温度系数|γs|≤1×10-6/℃,切变模量G>63 000 N/mm2的最佳性能,并分析了此种稳定的恒弹性合金产生的原因。
【Abstract】 A new constant-elasticity alloy has been developed by way of adjusting theCr and Ti contants in a conventional Fe--Ni--Cr--Ti alloy and adding in Mo andCu elements properly. After tempering at 460--560℃ for 2h,the newly--developedalloy exhibits its optimum functions since the temperature coefficient of torsi-onal frequency |γs|≤1*10-6/℃ and shear modulus G>63 000 N/mm2 are both at-tainable. The reason why its elasticity is stably constant is discussed.
