【Abstract】 This paper discusses the corrosion mechanism of zinc cans and the distribution of the raw material impurities in the electrolyte and explains the principle of one-step chemical purification and the basis to formulate the impurities content criterion in the purified electrolyte. This method has less procedure, short time and better effect, without any heating, investment and replacement by zine pieces.So it is easy to accept and operate.This purified electrolyte used in 13 factories has proved that this method is reliable and practical.更多还原
