【摘要】 利用分析电镜对 YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x和 EuBa₂Cu₃O_7-x两种超导材料中畴结构和玻璃相组分进行了研究。结果表明,在超导材料中除有〔001〕取向畴结构外,在（?）取向也观察到畴结构。在性能较好的超导材料内,畴取向基本上是一致的,且材料内玻璃相区域是极细小的,而在性能较次的材料中,在晶粒内形成较大区域的90°畴,且晶粒间的玻璃相区域较宽。更多还原

【Abstract】 Domain and glassy phase have been studied by analytical electronmicroscope in YBa₂Cu₃O_7-x and EuBa₂Cu₃O_7-x superconductor.The compari-son between different performances was made.The results show that in the〔?12〕domain has been observed besides〔001〕domain.In supercoductor mate-rials with fine performance the orientation of domain between grains is con-sistent and the glassy phase distributes in tiny area.Conversely in supercon-ductor materials with poor performance there are 90° domain structure and ex-tensive glassy phase area.更多还原
