【Abstract】 Small Red Bean (Phseolus augularis p.),with the character of self- pollination,finished the double fertilization in five hours before flower- ing and the dormant time of zygote was about 24 hours.One day after flowering,the zygote started it’s unequal transversal division for the first time.Proembryo with three ceils formed the next day and become peal- shaped on the third day.Six days after flowering an globose embryo can be seen and began it,tissue differentiation.Plumule,embryonal axis and radicle had been differentiated about seven days after blooming.It took about 12 days from the begining of zygote division to the end of organ differentiation.更多还原
