钢的高温硬度研究
An Investigation of the High-Temperature Hardness of Steels
【摘要】 测定了两组共13种工业用钢从室温到700℃的维氏硬度(H)。得出,具有平衡组织的碳钢,其 H—T 关系是非线性的,200—500℃,曲线出现平台,低碳钢甚至出现极大值;含碳0.2-1.2%的碳钢,随温度上升,硬度之差别逐渐减小,在700℃各钢硬度趋于一致;二次硬化状态的工具钢,在500℃以下 H-T 呈线性关系,提出了估算高速钢500℃以下硬度的简易公式;超过回火温度时,由于不可逆软化,使 H—T 关系成为非线性的。
【Abstract】 The Vickers hardness(H)of thirteen industrial steels divided into two groups at the temperatnre(T)from the room temperature to 700℃ was exam- ined.The results can be concluded as follows:(1)The H—T relatinoship of carbon steels with an equilibrium structure is non-linear,and a plateau will appear on the H--T curves at the temperatue ranging from 200° to 500℃.For low carbon steels,even a maximum value appears on the curve.(2)when T rises,the difference of hardness between carbon steels containing 0.2—1.2% C decereases gradually,and their hardness will be equal to each other at about 700℃.(3)For tool steels after secondary hardness treatment,the H--T relati- onship is linear below 500℃.Here,the authors present a simple method to estimate the high-temperature hardness at the room temperature.And(4)when T is higher than the tempering temperature,the H--T relationship for second- any hardening steels becomes nonlinear because of irreversible softening.
