【摘要】 本文报道了,采用 Na+"-Al2O3的银离子交换获得以银离子为导体的固体电解质。以金属银为固体参比电极,多孔铂为工作电极而制成原电池型全固态SOx气体传感器: Pt,Ag|Ag+"-Al2O3|porous Pt,SOx,O2,Pt并分别以动态和静态方式评价系统对片状和管状两种形式传感器元件的测试结果。研究表明,在400℃至800℃区间,当SO2浓度为10~105ppm时,元件的气敏响应与理论值相当符合,动态响应时间小于1min。 经优化设计,该传感器有良好的热力学稳定性,克服了以往体系的缺点,可望研制开发为实用、灵敏、快速的SOx传感器。

【Abstract】 with Ag+-B"-Al2O3 prepared from Na+-B"-Al2O3 and used as solid electrolyte, metal Ag as solid reference electrode and porous Pt as working electrode,. the following fully solid state SO* sensor was studied;Pt,Ag/Ag+-B"-Al2O3/porous Pt, SOx,O2, Pt and two types of sensors (pellet and tube) were mesured in fling and static two types of systems respectively. The measurement showed that, from 400 to 800, in the SOx concentration range of 10-105 ppm, the Nernst response of the sensor was fairly consistant with the theoretical value, and the response time was usually less than 1 min.Because of its good stability, this sensor is promised to be developed as a sensitive and fast response SOx sensor in practical use.
