【Abstract】 B-mode ultrasound scans were applied to measure the biparietal, diameter, gestational surround, femur length and abdominal circumference of fetuses in 380 cases of pregnant wornen at the different pregnant week. The results indicated that fetal growth was divided into three stages during all the gestational period. The authors consider the B-mode ultrasonograph being a useful tool for diagnosis of the congenital abnormal fetuses, for understanding fetal growth and for deciding the fetal survival when threatened abortion.更多还原
