【Abstract】 The Crude saponins having antifertile activity were extrac- ted from methanolic extraction of Cortex Albiziae（Albizzia Julibrissin Durazz）. From it several pure effective saponins were separated by LC, normal phase and reverse phase HPLC. One of them, A₂ was the strongest in activity. The sapogenin of A₂, A₂-1, was separated from the hydrolysate of the crude saponins by preparative TLC and HPLC, etc.更多还原
