【Abstract】 The article introduces the method of direct preparation of chro mosome from the chorion of first trimester pregnancy. By the way of hyposmosis, the high concentration colchicine were used to prepare the chromosome. The result showed that the dispersion and visualizatin were good; and could get high segmentation phase. The method can be used for typical analysis of chromosome.更多还原
