【Abstract】 A new isolated working heart perfusion model was stablished. Its distinguishing features is that the coronary circulation is isola- ted completely from the systemic eirculation.The two circulations could not be changed each other.This new model was suitable for not only all the experiments which were made by present isolated heart perfusion model is suitable for,but also observing the effect of physicalor chemical factors variation in the coronary on the function of the heart all alone.更多还原
