船舶轴系合理校中的应变片检测技术

【摘要】 本文着重介绍了笔者在对船舶轴系合理校中的应变片检测技术进行台架实验研究过程中形成的两种具体的测量方法——递推单元法和“自由体”单元法,并运用误差分析理论,讨论了贴片位置对测量精度的影响问题,给出了合理布片原则。

【Abstract】 Research on strain measurement technology for the alignment of marine shafting has been done on test bed. Both the recurrence unit method and the "free body" unit method are employed. It was found that proper positions of gages on the shaft are crucial in ensuring accuracy and in making the system statically determinate. Study on the effect of gage positions was done by means of analytical error theory, and a tentative principle for foil-gage position determination is recommended.
