【Abstract】 The serum concentration of sodium phenytoin was monitored for 61 cases of patients with epilepsy, the results showed as follows. 1、The same drug doses may induce different serum drug concentration. 2、Although serum drug concentration in some patients was higher or lower than effective limits, they also had better effects. 3、The higher serum drug concentration, the larger its toxicities and side-effects.更多还原
