【摘要】 人早幼粒白血病细胞(HL60)衍生的淋巴细胞凝集物质已经用DEAE Sephadex A25离子交换层析和Sephadex G 200凝胶过滤层析进行了纯化。SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳表明该物质是一种分子量为70KDa的蛋白质。~3H—TdR掺入实验表明,该物质能够抑制PHA刺激的人外周血淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结果提示,这种与集落刺激样因子有别的凝集物质可能是一种抑制免疫反应的物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lymphcyte agglutinated substance derived from human promyeloid leukemic cells (HL-60) has been partially purified by DEAE sephadex A25 ion-exchange chromatography and sephadex G200 gel filtration chromatography, respectively. Its molecular weight identified by SDS polyacrylamide gelelectrophresis is about 70 KDa. Study of its biological activity with the method of 3H-TdR incorporation shows that the partialy purified egglutinate substance is able to inhtbite proliferation of the lymphocytes stimulated by photohemagglutinin(PHA). These results suggest that the agglutinate substance whichl differs from colony-stimulate factor in many aspects may be a kind ofimmune response inhibitable substance.更多还原
