电极刺激大鼠室旁核区对痛阈的影响

【摘要】 在12只大白鼠室旁核区埋藏刺激电极,用行为测痛方法观察刺激室旁核区痛阈的变化。电刺激室旁核区痛阈明显升高,停止刺激后仍持续一段时间。说明室旁核区参与痛觉调制。

【Abstract】 The experiments on 12 rates were made by burying stimulative electrode in the paraventricular nucleus area. We observed the changes of the pain threshold during stimulating the paraventricular nucleus area by using the method of measuring pain of action. The results show that pain threshold evidently increases during stimulating paraventricular nucleus area. These changes still last a period after stopping stimulation. It is illutrated that paraventricular nucleus area is involved in algesia modulation.
