【摘要】 本文采用单向琼脂扩散试验,简便PEG沉淀及淋巴细胞转化试验,对100例牙周病患者的免疫状态进行观测。实验结果表明牙周病患者血中及唾液中免疫球蛋白（Ig）含量、补体C₃含量及淋转率明显降低,与对照组相比（P<0.01）,有显著差异。而血循环免疫复合物（CIC）含量升高,与对照组相比（P<0.01）,差异有高度显著地。由此表明,牙周病的发生可能与机体的免疫功能紊乱有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, simple agar diffusion test, PEG preciptation and lymphocyte blastogenesis test were applied to determine the dynamics of immunity in 100 patients with peridental disease. The results indicated that serum immunoglobnlin （s—Ig） C₃ level and the rate of lymphocyte blastogenesis in patients with peridental disease were significantly decreased, as compared with those of the controlled group （P<0.01）.But the circulating immune complex increased, the difference was highly significant （P<0.01）.It was showed that peridental disease may be associated with a disorder in immune function.更多还原
