【Abstract】 This paper report a method for measuring metabolic rate of chondroitin sulfate from chondrocyte and matrix with isotope trace.cell culture and biochemical microquantitative analysis technique. Metabolic rate is expressed by incorporate rate and transfer rate. This method provide an sensitive index for studying the effect of various factor on chondrocyte function.
