65Zn35S双标记测量及其淬灭校正方法

【摘要】 本实验采用液闪-液闪法作65Zn35S双标记测量,以H#作淬灭指标,可一次性给出双际记样品经过淬火校正的实际计数率。实验结果表明:在中度淬灭(H#<160)、35S/65Zn=0.05~20范围内、65Zn35S校正误差基本在10%以内,这一结果基本可满足放射性测量的误差要求。

【Abstract】 Using Beckmen LS -9000 series liquid scintillation system,we measured 65Zn,35S dual lable samples with H number as the quench index. With only one counting, we completed our measurement as well as quench calibration. It shows that the calibration variation could be below ten percent if the sample was in moderate quench (H 162)and the ratio of 65Zn,35S was in the range of 0. 05 - 20. So,this method not only is efficient in radiation maesuremenubut also simplifys the normal measurement calibration,avoids the variation caused by different instruments and measurement conditions.
