【Abstract】 Using genetic audiogenic seizure susceptible P 77 PMC rats, we studied the potential efffects of CCK-8 on genetic seizure susceptibility and its mechanism at different levels. The results showed that CCK-8 could antagonize genetic audiogenic seizures and facilitate GABA release from synaptosomes and culture neurons of cerebral cortex, but the facilitation in P 77 PMC rats seemed to be more obvious, implying the possibility that there might be some developmental imperfection in GABA system and CCK-8 modulation in P 77 PMC rat brain.更多还原
