羟基磷灰石溶解动力学的研究 Ⅰ.F~-、EHDP对羟基磷灰石溶解的影响
THE STUDY ON KINETICS OF DISSOLUTION OF HYDROXYAPATITE Ⅰ.THE EFFECTS OF FLUORINE AND 1-HYDROXYETHANE DIPHOSPHONATE ON DISSOLUTION OF HYDROXYAPATITE
【摘要】 本实验研究用氟化物、1-羟乙基二膦酸钠盐(EHDP)处理的羟基磷灰石(HAP)压片的酸溶动力学。测得HAP片在pH 4.55乙酸缓冲溶液的溶解速度(dc/dt),并将溶解浓度的倒数与时间倒数作图,求得其最大溶解量(M∞),根据固相溶解的速率表示式dc/dt=ks(M∞-Mt)2,得出其反应级数(n)和表现速度常数(ks),结果表明,37±1℃ pH 4.55醋酸缓冲液中的溶解速度和最大溶解量顺序为:先NaF后EHDP处理<EHDP<处理<NaF处理<H2O处理,反应级数均为2,表现速度常数多数为0.15左右。
【Abstract】 The maximum dissolved quantity, M∞, and the dissolution rate, dc/dt, of hydroxyapatite (HAP) disc, previously treated by F-, EHDP or F-/EHDP, in pH 4.55 (acetate) solution at different time were obtained according to 1/ (conc’n.) dissoln. ploting against 1/t. The reaction order, n, and the product of rate constant and surface area, ks, were obtained from the rate equation of solid phase dissolution and formation, de/dt = ks (M∞-Mt)n. The results give the sequence of the dissolution rate and maximum dissolved quantity at 37±1℃ and pH 4.55 as: NaF treatment followed by EHDP trea-tment>EHDP treatment>NaF treatment>H2O treatment. The reaction order is determined to be 2, and ks value usually is about 0.15.
