矽肺大鼠肺中硅/铝比值的动态变化及其在矽肺发病中的意义
VALUE OF Si/Al RATIO IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RAT SILICOSIS
【摘要】 本研究分析了矽肺大鼠肺中石英和铝的相互关系,发现矽肺大鼠肺矽结节中石英和铝存在正相关关系(r=0.5,P<0.05),提示石英有吸引铝并与之结合的能力。当矽肺大鼠给予柠檬酸铝后肺中硅/铝比值发生变化,并与肺部病变成正相关。提示硅/铝比值的大小可以反映石英粉尘的致纤维化能力。为进一步证实预防性给铝可增强抗矽尘致病能力提供了新的依据。
【Abstract】 Quartz and Aluminium (Al) were determined in lungs of silicotic rats. There was positive correlation between quartz and Al content in the silicotic nodules (r = 0.5r p<0.05). After Al citrate treatment, the Si/Al ratio decreased in the lungs and hilar lymph nodes. A positive correlation between Si/Al ratio and dry lung weight was found (r=0.5, p<0.01). Si/Al ratio can reflet the degree of fibrogenicity of silica dust. The result supports that Al pre-treatment can help prevent silicosis.
