~3H—白首乌总甙在动物体内分布与排泄的定量研究
Quantitative Study on the Distribution and Excretion of ~3H-Baishouwu Total Glucoside in Mice
【摘要】 作者试图以实验手段探讨中药归经理论,选用氚标记白首乌总甙为示踪剂,经尾静脉注入小白鼠体内,在1min—24h内10个时相点测定实验动物的15种器官组织450份样品中的示踪剂含量,动态定量研究证明~3H—白首乌总甙在小白鼠的肝、脾、肾上腺、肺和胆汁中含量较高,尤以肝脏为著;其对淋巴器官较敏感,并可透过血脑和血睾屏障;其绝大部分经肾脏从尿液中排出体外。作者并就此对中药白首乌的归经理论进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 32 mice (NIH, male, 16-18g) were used in this experiment, ~3H-Baishouwu total glucoside was used as a tracer agent, it (370KBq/gram body weight) was injected into the caudal vein of mice and the tracing time was from one minute to 24 hours. The mice were divided into 10 groups according to the different tracing time. The content of the tracer agent in 15 organs and tissue in each mouse (the total amount of the samples were 450) was measured by the Beckman LS 8501 liquid Scintillation Counter, so the quantitative and kinetic changes of the distribution and excretion of ~3H-Baishouwu total glucoside in mice were observed. The results of the experiment suggested that the content of ~3H-Baishouwu total glucoside is especially increased in the liver, spleen, adrenal gland, lung and bile of the liver. Lymphatie tissue is more sensitive to the ~3HBaishouwu total glucoside. It may pass through the blood-cerebral barrier and the bloodtestis barrier, and it is excreted mainly through the kidney. A preliminary study is being carried out on the effect of Baishouwu on "the attributive channels".
