【Abstract】 Free radical levels in tissues of the normal rats, including the kidney, brain and blood were measured with electron spin resonance (ESR) after the biological samples were disposed with direct freezing and lyophilization methods respectively.The results of these two different conditions were analyzed and compared. Differences in g-value, linear width and signal intensity among these tissues were noticed. The results showed that the signal was real and reliable when direct freezing disposal method was used, and the pseudo-signal was more intense when lyophilization disposal method was used.更多还原
