【摘要】 本文对4只成狗采用同种异体软骨移植重建喉切除术后软骨支架研究,结果表明经过70％酒精制备的同种异体软骨可为受体耐受。组织学观察发现移植软骨有的保存良好,有的部分吸收,但仍保持原软骨形状,起到喉支架作用。4例术后全部恢复了正常呼吸功能并将此法应用于临床喉部分切除术后的修复,5例中之3例术后拔除气管套管,均恢复了喉正常呼吸功能,2例已能堵管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental thyroid cartilage homograft was used as a framework for restoration of the respiratory function after laryngectomy.Four dogs received the above mentioned operation Histological examinations were performed 70-200 days postoperatively.Some grafts were unchanged, some were partially absorbed. However, these residual islands still retained the original outline,functioning as a laryngeal framework. In all these dogs normal respiratory function restored one to one month and a half. Clinical application of this operative technique was also successful.更多还原
