正常国人膝关节冲击实验研究及其损伤机理的生物力学分析

【摘要】 我们对急性外伤致死的10个新鲜尸体关节进行了冲击载荷实验。结果表明:冲击功在19.2~304kg·m;冲击韧性在1.90~3.46kg·m/cm~2。根据膝关节损伤模型,我们发现骨折大部分发生在受力点的对侧或稍偏后。呈多处粉碎性骨折,骨折面呈不规则三角形。交叉韧带、膑骨、胫骨和腓骨侧副韧带损伤相对轻微。

【Abstract】 Impact test was performed on 10 knee joints taken from 5 fresh cadaver after sudden death of the invalids. The tests showed that the impact energy (AK) was 19.2 to 30.4 kg.m,and the impact toughness (aK.) was 1.90 to 3.64 g.m/cm2. Most of the fractures were located just opposite or a little posterior to the point of force-bearing, and all were comminuted fractures, with cross section of the fractured bones irregularly triangular in shape.Injuries of the cruciate ligaments, meniscuses, tibial and fibular collateral ligaments relatively mlid.
