【摘要】 我科自1981年至1985年收治12例腰椎间盘突出伴马尾神经综合征的病人。其中9例手术,术后随访1～6年,随访结果运动功能及括约肌功能恢复较好,而感觉、性功能恢复较差。3例保守治疗的病人无恢复。我们认为诊断明确的应尽早手术,廷误诊断的也不要放弃。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1981 to 1985, 12 cases of the cauda equina syndrom resulting from intervertebral disc herniation were treated. 9 cases were operated and followed up from 1 to 6 years. The rehabilitation of the moverment and the bladder function were better than that of the sensation and the sexul function. 3 cases treated conservatively revealed no recover. Authors emphasized that patients must be operated as soon as they have heen diagnosted. The patiem should be operated even the diagnoss had been delayed.更多还原
