【摘要】 我国县城镇在城乡发展中具有重要的作用,随着经济的发展,县城镇建设已经进入了历史发展的最快时期。建设好县城镇首先要编制好规划,规划是县城镇发展的蓝图,也是建设和管理的依据。县城镇的规划应从自身的特点和优势出发确定发展前景,从宏观着眼形成全县域多层次的城镇体系,使县城镇合理、科学的发展,发挥其中心的作用。县城镇规划应该是动态的、开放的、灵活的,对适时调整和朴充具有较强的适应性。县城镇规划不仅要有宏观控制的县域规划和县城总体规划,也要有详细规划,既能指导近期建设,又能满足发展需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China county towns (Xian Cheng) play an important role in urban and rural development. In pace with economic growth, most county towns have entered a new stage of development. Town planning becomes to be of great importance, as it serves as the blue-print for future development and the basis for management. Town planning must be based on local adventages and characteristics, helping to form the multi-level town and rural system and giving full play to the county town as local center. Town planning should be dynamic, open, and flexible in character, and have good adaptation to future adjustment and additions. Town planning consists not only master plans for town and rural development in long-term, but also detailed plans for new construction in short-term.更多还原
