饲喂芦笋对试验小鼠血及内脏组织超氧化物歧化酶及免疫器官的影响

【摘要】 昆明小鼠饲喂芦笋罐头制品一个月,血浆及心、肝、肾组织的过氧化脂质(LPO)含量明显下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高;还观察到免疫器官胸腺比对照大。暗示芦笋可能有抗衰老作用。

【Abstract】 Kuming mice of two age groups for experiment were fed canned asparagus spears-and juice. After one month the mice were killed, their thymus. spleens, livers, hearts and kidneys were removed and weighted. The lipid peroxide (LPO) levels in the plasms and tissues, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the erythrocyte and liver were determined respectively, esults indicating that the levels of LPO in the plasma, liver, heart and kidney were reduced, and the activities of SOD in the erythrocyte and the liver were increased significantly.
