协同萃取动力学研究
Study on the Kinetics of Synergic Extraction Process
【摘要】 本文采用上升液滴法研究HPMBP-φ2SO-甲苯溶液协同萃取钕的动力学过程。考察了Nd3+,HPMBP,H+,φ2SO和温度对萃取速率的影响,观察到在协同萃取体系中,不仅具有热力学的协同效应,同时也还有动力学的协同效应。在同样条件下,加入协萃剂φ2SO,可使萃取反应速度加快,并根据实验结果推测了萃取反应的过程机制。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of synergic extraction Nd with l-phenyl-3-methvl-4-benzoyl-pyrazo-lone-5 (HPMBP) were studied by means of single drop method. The influences of the concerntrations of Nd3+, HPMBP, H+, diphenylsulfoxide (φ2SO) and temperature on extraction rate have been investigated. The experimental results showed that addition of synergist solvent φ2SO in organic phase brings about an obvious increase of rate of extraction. The equation of rate of extraction reaction can be expressed asR = kf[Nd3+][HPMBP]0[φ2SO].The activety energy of the synergic extraction reaction were determined to be 20.5kJ· mol-1, while the activety energy of the reaction without φ2SO is 29.3 kj·mol-1.
