【Abstract】 The importance and requirements of maeromodel of integrated circuits and systems in CAA have been discussed.The methods of establishing macromodel are analyzed. As examples,macromodels of voltage regulator and analog switch are presented. This paper describes the design procedure and lists the specifications of the original circuitsand simulation results. Excellent agreement between the specification sheets and simulation results is obtained. The advantages of the macromodel of reduced circuit complexity and reduced CPU time are demonstrated.更多还原
