起重机吊钩水平断面应力分布的电算分析
A COMPUTER SOLUTION OF THE STRESS DISTRIBUTION OF THE HORIZONTAL CROSS-SECTION OF THE LIFT HOOK OF A CRANE
【摘要】 本文利用数值计算方法在微机上求解梯形吊钩水平截面面积,重心和截面系数,并利用绘图软件绘制出吊钩水平截面应力分布曲线,给出截面上的最大拉、压应力值,减轻了设计人员的工作,提高了计算精度。
【Abstract】 In this article, the numeric calculation method is used on a micro-computer to find the area of a horizontal trapezoidal cross-section of a lift hook,the center of gravity, and the coefficient of cross-section.Further,drafting software is used to draft the stress distribution curve of the horizontal tensile and compressive stresses of the cross-section. In this way,the designers’ workload can be lightened and the precision of the calculation increased.
