【Abstract】 This paper deals briefly with the development of in vitro culture of postmplantation rat embryos, as well as the materials and methods used. We have explanted whole rat embryos of pregnancy day 9.5 and 11.5 cultured in vitro for 48 hours respectively. Morphological characteristics are described at different stages of the development with emphasis on pregnancy day 9.5 to 11.5. This technique is of use not only in the study of the development of the organo-genesis of mammalian embryos, but also in the detection of the teratogenic factors affecting the target embryos.更多还原
